From Stony Plain, go North on 48 Street, also known as Highway 779. Go North on Highway 779 to Yellowhead Highway 16. 4 km
Merge left (west) onto Yellowhead Highway 16. Go West on Highway 16 to Highway 43. 14 km
Merge or turn right onto Highway 43. Go Northwest on Highway 43 to Grizzly Trail Highway 33. 28 km
Turn right (north) onto Grizzly Trail Highway 33. Go North on Grizzly Trail Highway 33 through Barrhead, Alberta. 48 km
